- Représenter l'organisation, ou déléguer des représentants, pour agir au nom de l'organisation lors de négociations ou autres fonctions officielles
- Sélectionner des cadres intermédiaires, des directeurs et d'autre personnel de direction, leur déléguer l'autorité nécessaire et créer des conditions de travail optimales

- Élaborer et mettre en oeuvre des plans d'entreprise
- Planifier, diriger et évaluer les activités des entreprises et des services qui élaborent et lancent des campagnes de promotion de la vente des produits et des services
- Établir les contrôles administratifs et financiers, formuler et approuver les campagnes de promotion et approuver le plan d'ensemble de la gestion des ressources humaines
