Middle Office Manager – 6 Month Contract

We are partnering with a well-established and growing organization in the energy space to hire a Middle Office Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong middle office professional who enjoys operating at the intersection of trading, finance, risk, and operations. About the Opportunity

• Oversee the full trade lifecycle from execution through settlement, ensuring accurate trade capture, validation, confirmation, and reconciliation
• Manage mark-to-market reporting, exposure analysis, and broader trading-related financial and risk reporting
• Lead settlements activity and partner with accounting on month-end reporting, reconciliations, and financial outcomes
• Identify control gaps, improve operational processes, and support automation and workflow enhancement initiatives
• Serve as a key liaison across trading, finance, accounting, legal, IT, and external counterparties

About You

• 5 years of relevant experience in middle office, trade operations, settlements, risk, or related functions
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle management, mark-to-market reporting, hedging activity, and forward transactions
• Strong financial analysis and modeling capability, including advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Python and/or SQL
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally, exercise sound judgment, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay Rate:
$65/Hour
