Sales-Driven General Manager at EōS Fitness

EōS Fitness seeks a motivated General Manager to enhance sales and customer experiences. You will be responsible for nurturing team leaders and developing a membership-centric culture. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales management, is committed to fitness, and can drive results through effective training and communication. Key Responsibilities:
- Hire and train staff, including Assistant General Managers
- Set and achieve membership and revenue goals
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance staff performance
- Supervise facility cleanliness and safety compliance
- Address member issues and ensure high-quality service
- 2 years of sales management experience
- 3-4 years in customer service roles
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Must pass a background check
- CPR certification needed within 30 days
