At our Corral Centre Retail Salon, we’re looking for a confident, people-oriented Store Manager who can multitask and keep things running smoothly in our busy salon environment.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic about all things beauty.
- At least 5 years of experience in a salon manager role.
- Ability to build rapport with guests and team, with an unwavering understanding that the experience is everything.
- Flexible, self‑motivated, and driven with excellent people‑and communication skills.
- Superior time management skills; gets things done on time, every time and on budget.
- Knowledge of computer systems such as Point of Sales, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Gmail.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Highly responsible and 100% reliable.
Responsibilities
- Retail operations management—analyze, maintain and improve systems and processes.
- Oversee and book guest appointments with a smile; share passion for beauty.
- Coach and train the sales team to achieve store sales targets.
- Maintain salon cleanliness, stock levels, and merchandising according to Chatters standards.
- Serve as resident expert on all products; oversee inventory, product ordering and pricing.
- Monitor budgets, payroll, scheduling and cost of goods management.
- Provide a welcoming environment for guests and beauty consultants.
