Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, or accountingThree to five years or more relevant experienceCorporate or syndicated financing experienceLoan writing and complex deal analysis experienceStrong credit judgment and communication skillsBring commercial lending, credit analysis, and deal structuring expertise to BDC’s Toronto underwriting team serving Canadian businesses.
