This pivotal, hybrid full-time role focuses on transforming fragmented operations into a cohesive, scalable model. Work closely with Valuation Advisory Services, Product Managers, and Engineering teams. You will establish structured requirements, manage backlogs, and track delivery momentum while collaborating with senior business leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: - Create a reliable source of truth for business requirements - Strengthen backlog management and delivery readiness - Establish governance rhythms for prioritization and decision-making - Coordinate delivery status and release preparations - Drive user adoption and feedback post-release
Requirements: - Experience in product operations or program management - Knowledge of backlog tools like Jira or Azure DevOps - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to connect business priorities with technology - Critical thinking and improvement mindset required
