Our client, a flagship company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of pet products across Canada, is seeking a dynamic individual for a temporary replacement at their head office located in Anjou. Welcoming guests and handling incoming calls (routing them to the appropriate person). Sorting, scanning, and distributing mail as well as packages. Managing conference room reservations. Providing administrative support to various departments (handling mailings, laminating, filing). Qualifications
Bilingualism (fluent in French and English).
Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and strong interpersonal skills.
