Virtual Assistant

Full-time

We are hiring Customer Service Representative to support customers by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing excellent service. This position offers flexible remote, hybrid, or on-site work options.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat.

  • Provide accurate information about products and services.

  • Assist with orders, account updates, and general support.

  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate customer records.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Basic computer and data entry knowledge.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required.
