Experienced Deputy Corporate Officer Wanted

The City of Maple Ridge is seeking a Deputy Corporate Officer for its Legislative Services team. Candidates should have strong skills in legislative processes, records management, and effective communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Council and Committee meeting processes
• Manage official records and documentation securely
• Provide guidance and feedback to Committee Clerks
• Support the Corporate Officer and Director's objectives
• Assist with drafting and reviewing bylaws Requirements:
• Diploma in Local Government Administration
• Minimum five years’ related experience
• Strong knowledge of legislative services
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Bring your expertise in governance and leadership to the City of Maple Ridge, enhancing local government operations.
