We are seeking an experienced Solicitor capable of managing high workloads across multiple practice areas, including Corporate Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Municipal Planning. You will prepare legal documents and meticulously review court materials while effectively prioritizing time-sensitive files in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Draft legal documents, pleadings, and court materials accurately • Review and prepare briefs, affidavits, and facta for court • Organize and manage legal disclosure documents efficiently • Negotiate and advise clients on dispute resolutions • Handle multiple files and maintain performance momentum

Requirements: • D. from an accredited law school • Member in positive standing with the Law Society of Ontario • Experience in Corporate Litigation or Family Law • Proven ability to manage high workloads • Strong negotiation and advising skills
