Director Corporate Controller at IPEX

Lead financial strategy as Director, Corporate Controller at IPEX, with a base in Montreal or Oakville, Ontario. This strategic role focuses on IFRS compliance, financial governance, and team leadership.

As Director, Corporate Controller, you will take charge of all financial reporting and governance for North America. You'll oversee financial systems, compliance standards, and internal controls while collaborating with the Global Finance team to ensure operational effectiveness. This role directly reports to the Chief Financial Officer and involves travel between Montreal and Oakville.

Key Responsibilities: • Direct financial statement preparation and consolidation for North America • Ensure adherence to IFRS and internal financial policies • Conduct audits and liaise with audit partners • Monitor compliance of newly acquired companies • Drive digital finance initiatives and process optimization

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • CPA designation is mandatory • Minimum 10 years in financial reporting and controllership • Proven people leadership experience for over 10 years • Bilingual in French and English preferred
