Tech VC Associate: M&A & Growth Financing

Fasken is seeking an Emerging Technology & Venture Capital Associate (3rd or 4th year call) to join its Toronto team. You will advise on venture capital financings, M&A, and other corporate transactions, working with founders, investors and technology companies.
The role offers exposure to sophisticated deals, direct client contact, and significant growth opportunities in a hybrid work environment. Applicants should be 3rd or 4th year lawyers with demonstrated experience in corporate
