Associate Director of Securities Finance

Become a key player in iA's Securities Finance Trading team as Associate Director, focusing on operational excellence in capital markets and optimizing collateral management. This hybrid role in Toronto emphasizes your expertise in securities lending and transaction lifecycle management. This position involves supporting securities lending, borrowing, and matched-book activities across equities and fixed income. You will ensure accurate trade execution and coordination with trading desks, custodians, and counterparties. Your experience in collateral optimization and attention to detail will be crucial for transaction resolution and monitoring. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee lifecycle management of securities transactions
Manage trade capture and settlement processing
Act as primary contact for transaction inquiries
Coordinate trade matching and lifecycle activities
Monitor collateralization through Triparty platform

Requirements:

Strong background in capital markets operations
Experience with broker-dealers and agent lenders
Knowledge of securities finance transaction lifecycle
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Intermediate French proficiency preferred
