As a Senior Greenhouse Grower, you will be responsible for overseeing crop production strategies and ensuring the highest standards in plant health. Collaborate with management to implement creative techniques, and lead training for junior growers. Your knowledge of greenhouse systems and environmental conditions will be crucial in achieving optimal yield and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute growing plans that align with production schedules
- Adjust environmental controls for crop growth
- Apply plant health products and conduct inspections
- Lead development of new growing techniques
- Train and mentor junior growers on best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years in an advanced grower role in greenhouses
