Compliance and operational excellence are essential, ensuring all aspects align within Dillon's multidisciplinary framework. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on varying project delivery methods
- Lead all contract negotiations and comprehensive reviews
- Offer commercial guidance throughout individual project life cycles
- Identify and manage legal risks associated with ongoing projects
- Support resolution of pre-litigation disputes and claims
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B)
- Minimum 6+ years of practicing law experience
- Membership in Law Society of Ontario
- Background in consulting or construction sectors preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
