We are looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation Specialist who can identify potential customers, connect with key decision-makers, and generate qualified sales meetings for our business development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research MSPs, OEMs, system integrators, IT outsourcing companies, and enterprise customers.
- Identify Vendor Managers, Procurement Managers, IT Directors, and other relevant decision-makers.
- Generate targeted leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and other research tools.
- Conduct personalized cold email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate contact information and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Support sales campaigns targeting Canada and the USA.
- Prepare weekly reports covering leads, responses, meetings, and opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B lead generation experience preferred.
- Prior experience in IT Services, MSPs, IT Staffing, or technology sales is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to research and communicate with North American business decision-makers.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead qualification.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
Compensation: Fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives.
