Quality Assurance Specialist, Hybrid Position

Join CMHC as a Quality Assurance Specialist, where you can work in a hybrid setting. This temporary role focuses on delivering high-quality audits to strengthen governance and risk management. As a Quality Assurance Specialist with CMHC, you will engage in various internal audits across locations such as Vancouver and Toronto. Your efforts will enhance governance effectiveness through comprehensive audit management. Responsibilities include audit planning, data analysis, and client consulting for optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage audits and supervise team deliverables
- Design risk assessments and audit criteria effectively
- Analyze information with tools like TeamMate and Excel
- Maintain client relationships during the audit
- Prepare reports and track implementation of recommendations
- Undergraduate degree with a minimum of 5 years in auditing
- CPA (CA, CMA, CGA) or related certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in audit tools and Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of IIA Global Internal Audit Standards
