Your Role:
The Quality Assurance team is responsible for auditing assessing and reporting on complaint data and trends as well as conducting quality assessments to help ensure that CCTS is delivering its service in a consistent and effective manner. Its an increasingly important role as we look to shape our future and decision on based on data-driven insights and anecdotal discovery.

You have a knack for understanding how to use a standardized quality frameworks. Using this you can ensure appropriate application of complaint issues (NOIs) and other data accuracy points. Further you are solutions oriented easily able to see trends and patterns so that you can flag these to your management team. These things you flag can help your colleagues with development improving our processes! Finally you are action oriented and willing to step in and support on other quality assurance projects as needed.

Must-Have Magic:
- Minimum college diploma preferably a Bachelors Degree in a related field or combination of relevant experience and education
- Two years experience auditing data or conducting quality assurance work or combination of formal education and related experience
- Previous experience in telecommunications industry is an asset
- Bilingualism (French/English) strongly preferred strong ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing (excellent written communications skills in English required along with excellent French comprehension skills)
- Intermediate MS Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Understanding of call centre environment preferred
- Understanding of investigations and quality assessment preferred
- Understanding of telecommunications or television industry preferred

Votre rôle :
Léquipe chargée de lassurance qualité est chargée de contrôler dévaluer et de rendre compte des données et des tendances relatives aux réclamations ainsi que de mener des évaluations de qualité afin de garantir que la CPRST dispense ses services de manière cohérente et efficace. Ce rôle revêt une importance croissante à mesure que nous cherchons à façonner notre avenir et à prendre des décisions fondées sur des analyses basées sur les données et des observations empiriques.

Lindispensable : une touche de magie
- Diplôme détudes collégiales minimum de préférence un baccalauréat dans un domaine connexe ou une combinaison dexpérience pertinente et de formation
- Deux ans dexpérience dans laudit de données ou la réalisation de travaux dassurance qualité ou une combinaison de formation et dexpérience en rapport avec le poste
- Une expérience préalable dans le secteur des télécommunications est un atout
- Bilinguisme (français/anglais) fortement préféré forte capacité à communiquer clairement tant à loral quà lécrit (excellentes compétences en communication écrite en anglais requises ainsi quune excellente compréhension du français)
- Maîtrise intermédiaire de MS Office (Word Excel et PowerPoint) et dOutlook
- Une bonne connaissance du fonctionnement dun centre dappels est un atout
- Une bonne connaissance des enquêtes et de lévaluation de la qualité est un atout
- Une bonne connaissance du secteur des télécommunications ou de la télévision est un atout
