Quality Assurance Specialist Hybrid Role

Cardinal Health Canada is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to strengthen its Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance team. This hybrid role includes two days in the Mississauga office, where you will work on quality policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Ideal candidates will assist with quality-related training and maintain metrics to support operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing the Quality System for distribution facilities
- Conduct internal and external quality audits
- Develop quality program procedures and work instructions
- Execute established quality policies and training programs
- Provide ongoing quality guidance to personnel
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Health Canada equivalency
- 4+ years’ experience in quality assurance preferred
- Knowledge of Health Canada regulations as an asset
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
