Product Assistant

Job Responsibility:

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and design of new beverage products in line with seasonal trends and customer preferences.
• Handle various administrative documents related to product operations and ensure accurate and timely completion of all required forms and records.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for products, ensuring they are clear, comprehensive, and up to date.
• Regularly update product catalogs, including product names, quantities, and descriptions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Assist the Product Manager in conducting market research, gathering and analyzing industry trends, consumer demands, and competitor information to support product selection decisions.
• Perform other administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and assisting with team coordination to support smooth operations.
• Participate in the selection, evaluation, and introduction of new products, organizing supplier information, assisting in procurement negotiations, and following up on sample testing feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Previous administrative experience is preferred.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.
