Food Factory Operations Assistant

Job Responsibility:
Overview We are seeking dedicated and motivated Factory Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with fellow team members.
Responsibilities
- Assist factory manager with daily operations and team coordination
- Monitor production schedules and workflow execution
- Support HACCP/SQF/GMP compliance and documentation
- Coordinate order processing and warehouse tasks
- Handle admin paperwork, filing and internal communication
Qualifications
- Experience in food production or factory admin preferred
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMP or other food safety systems
- Responsible, organized and flexible with shifts and Saturdays
- Bilingual in English/Chinese is an asset
- Proficient in Excel/Word and general office software.
