We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented full-time housekeeper to care for two family homes in Richmond, or one house part time. This is a long-term position for someone who takes pride in maintaining an organized, clean, and well-run home and enjoys working independently. Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday: One family home
- Tuesday & Thursday: Second family home
- Full-time daytime hours (Monday–Friday)
- Thorough cleaning and upkeep of both homes
- Laundry, folding, ironing, and putting clothing away
- Changing bed linens and making beds
- Kitchen cleaning and maintenance
- Bathroom cleaning
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and general household cleaning
- Organizing closets, cupboards, and household spaces as needed
- Child care for two children (age 7 and 4) in the house
- Meal preparation (light family meal prep appreciated)
- Seasonal deep cleaning and special household projects
- Noticing and taking initiative on tasks that need attention to keep the homes running smoothly
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Honest, trustworthy, and respectful
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Detail-oriented with high cleaning standards
- Organized and proactive
- Comfortable working in two family homes
- Looking for a long-term position
- Previous professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Excellent references
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Driver’s licence and reliable transportation are an asset
