Director of Client Financial Support Services

Become a pivotal leader at Vancouver Island Health as the Director of Client Financial Support Services. This position involves multi-site operations management and strategic financial oversight.
In the role of Director, Financial Operations & Client Support, you will report directly to the Executive Director, focusing on delivering strategic insight and planning for healthcare operations. Ideal candidates will possess a decade of experience in financial management and client support, along with a CPA certification, ensuring that the organization meets all strategic health priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver strategic financial guidance for operations
• Ensure alignment of client services with financial metrics
• Conduct financial performance analysis and reporting
• Provide senior-level advice on operational risks
• Supervise financial managers and analysts
Requirements:
• A Master's degree in a relevant discipline
• Ten years of progressive financial experience
• CPA designation or equivalent required
• Familiarity with healthcare finance management
• Strong communication and team management skills
