Casual Footcare Nurse - Southbridge Care Homes

Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a casual Foot Care Nurse in Etobicoke. As a Foot Care Practitioner-RPN, you’ll focus on delivering high-quality foot care to residents, enhancing their daily lives. As a vital member of our team, your responsibilities will include evaluating residents' health, implementing care plans, and providing specialized foot care procedures. You will be crucial in monitoring conditions and initiating necessary remedial actions, making a substantial difference in our clients' lives. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care following established nursing standards and policies
- Conduct assessments and contribute to care plans
- Monitor changes in residents' health and take action as needed
- Perform specific foot care procedures competently
- Maintain accurate documentation of client conditions
- Advanced and Diabetic Foot Care Certification required
- Registration or eligible registration with RPN Association
- Reliable transportation with a valid 'G' license
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing and health care practices
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
