Manufacturing Procurement Supply Chain Lead

Coordinate manufacturing procurement through supplier negotiations, delivery follow-up, and purchasing documentation. This role works Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm.As Strategic Supply Chain Lead, you will support manufacturing by securing materials, tooling, services, and outsourced work. You will request quotations, negotiate pricing, timing, and quality, then follow supplier progress after purchase orders. The role also connects purchasing with receiving and quality.Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with suppliers about pricing, timing, and qualityFollow purchase orders through timely supplier deliveryCommunicate expected shipments with receivingAssist with receiving, compliance, and purchased-item documentationResolve vendor quality or timing issues with Project ManagerRequirements:
Five or more years purchasing experience, preferably manufacturingExperience reading engineering and manufacturing drawings considered an assetMachining industry experience considered an assetERP systems experience considered an assetCriminal record check and controlled goods screening requiredUse manufacturing procurement, vendor negotiation, delivery coordination, and quality communication skills in this supply chain leadership role.
