Lead supply chain planning and operations at an Animal Health manufacturing site in Prince Edward Island. Translate demand into executable plans.This Manager, Supply Chain Management position leads the site Supply Chain function and reports to the Site Head. It connects capacity, inventory, materials, scheduling, warehousing, logistics, packaging, and quality-system requirements. The role also leads supply governance, continuity planning, product launches, and a team of 9 to 12 people.Key Responsibilities:
Lead integrated supply planning, scheduling, capacity, and inventory decisionsOversee material ordering, warehousing, shipping, receiving, and inventory controlDirect packaging, visual inspection, quality, and compliance activitiesLead Sales and Operations Planning and business continuity scenariosCoach and develop the Supply Chain teamRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related fieldMinimum five years of supply chain experienceMinimum three years of people-leadership experienceKnowledge of planning, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and cost stewardshipStrong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsApply supply planning, regulated manufacturing, inventory management, and people leadership expertise to this Prince Edward Island site.
