Supply Chain Procurement Director

Lead supply chain strategy and procurement operations at Convergence Networks in Winnipeg, using data analytics and strategic sourcing expertise.The Director of Ordering and Procurement oversees end-to-end supply chain operations and customer quoting. This leadership role manages procurement, inventory, logistics, distribution, pricing, and quoting teams across company locations. Success requires supplier negotiation, ERP proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:
Develop supply chain strategies supporting efficiency, cost reduction, and growthOversee procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution operationsNegotiate supplier contracts and maximize available programsMonitor performance using KPIs and data analyticsEnsure regulatory and company policy complianceRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field10+ years’ supply chain management experienceAt least five years in a leadership roleStrong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in ERP and supply chain softwareDirect supply chain performance, supplier relationships, and operational execution while advancing data-driven procurement at Convergence Networks.
