Transform campus operations at Mount Royal University as the Electrical Systems Manager. Manage electrical and architectural systems while ensuring safety and efficiency across the campus facilities. This role involves overseeing all electrical and architectural systems operations, including strategic budgeting and effective resource management. You will lead a dedicated team focused on achieving high performance standards and compliance with safety legislation. Regular evaluation of operational procedures adds to the continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all campus-wide electrical and architectural system operations
- Lead budgeting and planning initiatives for resource allocation
- Delegate staff tasks while enforcing safety standards
- Collaborate with contractors and oversee project implementation
- Regularly evaluate and improve operational procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years in similar roles
- Comprehensive knowledge of safety legislation
- Experience with maintenance management programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
