Contribute to student success as an Assistant Professor of Business Law at Mount Royal University, focusing on undergraduate education and innovative research initiatives. The Department of International Business, Supply Chain Management & Aviation seeks an Assistant Professor for a tenure-track opportunity starting July 1, 2026. This role requires commitment to teaching business law courses while developing a significant research profile. Candidates should be prepared to enhance curriculum offerings and engage students in meaningful research experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging business law instruction
- Develop a sustained research agenda in legal studies
- Involve students in scholarly research projects
- Contribute to course development and implementation
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom culture
- LLB or JD and advanced degree preferred
- Specialization in Canadian Business Law
- Relevant teaching experience
- Active research involvement
- Member of a Canadian Law Society
