Drive innovative physical security solutions as a Technical Program Manager within Motorola Solutions. Lead complex programs integrating AI, cloud systems, and hardware in a high-impact role. This Technical Program Manager position focuses on executing multifunctional programs for Video Security & Access Control at Motorola Solutions. Reporting directly to the AVP of Engineering, you'll collaborate with engineering leadership to ensure successful project delivery. Candidates should have a strong background in driving technical milestones and addressing architectural challenges in product development. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end program delivery across hardware and software teams
• Translate business strategies into technical milestones and execution plans
• Identify bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies proactively
• Engage deeply in technical discussions, guiding trade-offs effectively
• Deliver data-driven updates on program health and budget to executives Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in program management or engineering
• Proven background in Physical Security, IoT, or AI/Video Analytics
• Strong alignment with executive leadership to meet business goals
• In-depth knowledge of SDLC and hardware development cycles
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders Become a key driver of innovation in physical security with Motorola Solutions.
