Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Remote | Startup / Growth Opportunity

Acumen Agency is a growing global professional services company providing consulting, marketing, business, technology, AI, financial, outsourcing, and other professional services to clients internationally.

We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to help lead the company through its next stage of growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's growth and business strategy
Lead business development, sales, partnerships, and client relationships
Build and manage high-performing teams across multiple functions
Identify new markets, services, and revenue opportunities
Oversee day-to-day business operations and organizational development
Establish systems, processes, and performance standards
Represent the company professionally with clients, partners, and other stakeholders
Work closely with the founder and leadership team to execute the company's long-term vision

Qualifications

Proven leadership, entrepreneurial, business development, or management experience
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving startup environment
Strong understanding of business growth, sales, and operations
Results-oriented mindset with a high level of initiative

Compensation & Opportunity

This is a performance-based startup leadership opportunity . Compensation will be structured around responsibilities, experience, and measurable results, with significant opportunity for increased compensation as the company grows.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on substantial leadership responsibility and grow with the company toward a long-term executive position.
