Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Remote | Global | Executive Leadership / Operations
Acumen Agency is a growing global for-profit professional services company providing consulting, marketing, business, technology, AI, financial, outsourcing, and other professional services.
Founded on Christian values and principles, we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help lead the company's operations, systems, teams, and execution as Acumen Agency grows internationally.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day business operations across the organization
- Develop and improve company systems, processes, and procedures
- Build organizational structure and operational standards
- Coordinate and support department leaders and teams
- Establish performance goals, workflows, and accountability systems
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Help recruit, develop, and manage teams as the company expands
- Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership on strategic initiatives
- Help ensure the company's plans and objectives are effectively executed
Qualifications
- Must be a committed Christian who shares Acumen Agency's values
- Experience in operations, business management, leadership, or organizational development
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience managing teams, projects, or business operations
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving global startup environment
Compensation & Opportunity
This is a performance-based executive leadership opportunity . Compensation will be based on responsibilities, experience, performance, and measurable results, with opportunities for increased compensation and advancement as the company grows.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a major role in building Acumen Agency's operational infrastructure and potentially become a key member of the company's long-term executive leadership team.
