About The Opportunity

As an Executive Assistant to a 'C' level executive and members of their team, the successful candidate will work in the organization’s ‘hub’ supporting executives in a dynamic work environment.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage a complex and dynamic calendar on behalf of a ‘C’ level executive
- Book domestic and international travel, mindful of cultural and business considerations related to the destination
- Undertake complex meeting preparations and logistics
- Track expenses and generate reporting for submission to the Finance department
- Be proactive to anticipate the needs of the executive team by being engaged; monitoring communications and utilizing technology
- Work closely with the senior management team, maintaining good working relationships
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Post-secondary education in a related field or associated experience
- A minimum of three years of executive support
- Experience booking international business travel for an executive
- Experience coordinating remote, complex meetings
- The ability to work under pressure, managing multiple, competing priorities
- Be eligible to obtain an Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance
About the Job
This role is a full time, term position offering a wage of $35.00 to $38.00 per hour. Our client is located downtown and is offers a hybrid work arrangement that would see the successful candidate on site three days/week.
