Marketing Manager

Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $95,000.00 Annually
Job DescriptionPosition:Marketing ManagerReports To:Director of MarketingOVERVIEWThe Marketing Manager leads and executes integrated marketing strategies that support Parq Casino’s business objectives, strengthen the brand, drive visitation and customer engagement, and deliver measurable results.
The role is responsible for brand marketing, advertising, social media, digital, content, events, partnerships and sponsorships, while managing budgets, agency relationships, cross-functional initiatives and marketing projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute annual, quarterly and campaign-specific marketing strategies in partnership with the Director of Marketing for campaigns across digital, social, OOH, radio, print and partner media.Maintain Parq Casino’s brand identity, positioning and tone across all customer touchpoints.
Social Media, Digital & ContentDevelop and execute social media strategy, including content planning, creation, publishing and community management.Create and coordinate social-first content across platforms, including Reels, Stories, photography and video.Work directly with the social media agency to develop and execute campaigns and content.Plan and manage photoshoots from concept and creative direction through production and final assets.Execute and update website content updates, SEO initiatives and other digital marketing activities.Monitor social and digital performance and optimize activity based on results.
Events, Partnerships & SponsorshipsPlan and execute events, seasonal activations, guest experiences and community initiativesManage key sponsorships, partnerships, assets and deliverables.Provide strategic direction, briefs and feedback while managing scopes, timelines, budgets and deliverables.Ensure agency work aligns with Parq’s brand, marketing strategy and business objectives.
Budget & Financial ManagementHelp manage the annual marketing budget and ensure spending aligns with business priorities.Prepare budgets, forecasts and reporting for P&L meetings.Monitor vendor costs, contracts and invoices while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and ROI.Demonstrate strong leadership experience through team mentorship, project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.Work closely with senior leadership and departments including Food & Beverage, Gaming, Player Development, VIP, Finance, Operations, Marriott and Blau Restaurants.Act as a strategic marketing partner across the organization.
Reporting & ComplianceEstablish and monitor KPIs across campaigns, channels, events and partnerships.Analyze performance and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and investment.Ensure all marketing activities comply with gaming regulations, BCLC requirements, responsible gambling/player health policies and company standards.
Additional ResponsibilitiesLead and execute strategic projects, corporate initiatives and other marketing priorities as assigned by the Director of Marketing or senior leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEPost-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.Proven experience developing and executing integrated campaigns across digital, social, OOH, radio, print and partner media.Strong hands‑on experience with social media strategy, content creation, community management and digital marketing.Strong experience developing customer acquisition strategies and executing paid media campaigns across Meta platforms.Experience managing website content and implementing SEO best practices to improve visibility, traffic and user experience.Strong experience with acquisition strategy, and meta media buyingExperience planning and executing photoshoots, events, activations and experiential marketing initiatives.Proven experience managing creative, media, social and other external agency relationships.Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasts, P&L reporting and vendor relationships.Strong leadership, project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.Strong understanding of brand development, creative direction and customer-focused marketing.Analytical mindset with the ability to use data, insights and KPIs to optimize marketing performance.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Knowledge of BCLC, responsible gambling requirements and gaming regulations is considered an asset.Casino experience an asset but not a requirement
