Vous êtes passionné(e) par les données, l’analytique numérique et les technologies Adobe ? Nous recherchons un(e) Analytics Tech Lead capable de définir et piloter des stratégies de collecte de données à l’échelle entreprise tout en assurant un leadership technique auprès des équipes analytiques.
Vos principales responsabilités :
- Définir et faire évoluer la stratégie de collecte de données et d’analytique.
- Concevoir et gouverner des architectures de données basées sur les standards XDM.
- Garantir la qualité, la fiabilité et la performance des implémentations analytiques.
- Développer des cadres de mesure et des stratégies de suivi des KPIs.
- Traduire les besoins d’affaires en solutions analytiques évolutives.
- Superviser les déploiements au sein de l’écosystème Adobe.
- Accompagner et encadrer les équipes analytiques.
- Collaborer avec les équipes produit, marketing, données et ingénierie afin d’assurer l’alignement des stratégies de données.
Profil recherché :
- Expertise approfondie de :
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Adobe Analytics (AA)
- Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Adobe Launch / Tags
- Experience Data Model (XDM)
- Expérience en conception d’architectures analytiques à grande échelle.
- Solide compréhension de la gouvernance et de la qualité des données.
- Expérience dans la définition de KPIs, stratégies de mesure et cadres de reporting.
- Leadership reconnu et expérience en mentorat d’équipes techniques.
- Connaissance des pratiques de standardisation des data layers.
