The Casting Coordinator supports influencer casting across campaigns and client briefs. You will translate objectives into criteria, evaluate creators, and recommend talent aligned with audiences. The work spans Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with coordination across Talent Managers, Brand Partnerships, Strategy teams, clients, and representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate client briefs into casting criteria and talent requirements
- Source, evaluate, and shortlist influencers across key platforms
- Manage outreach, availability checks, and initial talent communications
- Develop casting decks with strategic talent recommendations
- Track milestones, submissions, rates, and campaign participation
Requirements:
- One to three or more years in influencer marketing, casting, or coordination
- Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, creator tiers, and trends
- Strong organization across campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders
- Clear written and verbal communication with talent and partners
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with project tools
