Execution Support Lead, Sport Chek (Calgary)

What you''ll do:

The Execution Support Lead, Sport Chek is accountable for the end-to-end procurement of all fixtures and equipment for Sport Chek store projects and network-wide fixture rollouts. This role ensures fixtures are accurately specified, ordered on time, and delivered within approved budgets to support new stores, renovations, relocations, and system-wide initiatives.

• Own the ordering of all Sport Chek fixtures and equipment for capital store projects, including new builds, renovations, expansions, and relocations.
• Lead procurement for network-wide fixture rollouts and refresh programs, ensuring consistency and scalability across the Sport Chek fleet.
• Translate approved fixture plans, prototype standards, and scope documents into accurate purchase orders.
• Design, implement, and maintain standardized procurement processes that ensure fixture accuracy, order completeness, and on-time placement.
• Develop tools, documentation, and workflows that reduce rework, errors, and late-stage changes.
• Ensure all orders are placed within approved financial targets and aligned to project assumptions.
• Act as the single point of accountability for fixture procurement across Store Planning, Design, Construction, Operations, while working with Fixture Coordinators on vendor communication.
• Collaborate with Design and Fixture Procurement Team confirm fixture specifications and standards.
• Work closely with Construction and Project Managers to align ordering timelines to site schedules.
• Support Operations and Merchandising teams during rollouts and store openings to ensure readiness and issue resolution.

• Strong understanding of store construction timelines, fixture planning, and capital project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to build and implement process improvements in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Broadband Salary Range: $53,000 — $88,000. Our typical hiring range is between $53,000 and $70,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role‑specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
