You'll be responsible for managing the execution of trading strategies, ensuring compliance with risk standards, and enhancing analytics for informed decision-making. Experience in gas fundamentals across Canada and the U.S. is crucial to drive success. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of gas traders and analysts effectively
- Control end-to-end positioning of the AECO portfolio
- Generate diverse trading strategies with risk considerations
- Oversee the execution of Henry Hub positions
- Refine analytics to support trading decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; higher degrees preferred
- 8+ years of relevant trading experience
- Understanding of swaps, options, and pipeline dynamics
- Proficient in data manipulation tools like Python, SQL, R
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
