Director of AI Strategy at CAA Club Group

Lead the AI strategy for CAA Club Group while ensuring member safety and trust. This leadership role demands a blend of vision, governance, and technical expertise in AI.
As the Director of AI at CAA Club Group, you will oversee the execution of AI strategies aligned with organizational priorities. Working closely with the Chief Information and AI Officer, you will refine the AI roadmap and manage the AI use‑case intake process to deliver measurable business value. You will establish governance structures to track outcomes and risks, ensuring effective AI solutions are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead execution of AI strategy and governance
• Manage AI use-case intake and prioritization
• Track outcomes and establish governance frameworks
• Conduct reviews for AI effectiveness and performance
• Supervise a team of ML/AI Specialists
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years in AI leadership roles
• Experience with compliance frameworks
• Hands-on with AI technologies and MLOps
• Strong track record in vendor management
Drive innovation and safety through effective AI management and leadership at CAA Club Group.
