Key Responsibilities: - Support IT resource group with contract lifecycle management - Provide pragmatic legal advice on technology-related matters - Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements - Advise on emerging technology risks, including AI privacy concerns - Research regulatory issues to guide decision-making
Requirements: - Minimum four years post-call legal experience - Strong knowledge of software licensing and cloud agreements - Bilingual in French and English for effective communication - Solid grasp of intellectual property and data protection laws - Proven ability to deliver risk-based advice
