Key Responsibilities: - Provide practical legal advice on a broad range of matters - Review and negotiate complex commercial agreements - Lead contract negotiations from inception to execution - Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with projects - Enhance templates and processes for legal guidance
Requirements: - Member of the Quebec Bar - At least seven years of legal experience - Strong background in commercial contracting - Excellent communication skills in French and English - Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
