Canada Digital Technology Leader

Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center

Shape Chick-fil-A Canada’s digital ecosystem through technology strategy, service delivery, and restaurant platform leadership. Travel requirements are 20%.This senior technology leader serves as Canada’s digital and technology lead. The work spans technology portfolios, restaurant systems, payment solutions, network infrastructure, and support services. You will guide complex initiatives, restaurant openings, and the transition to a new technology ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:
Build and execute Canada’s technology portfolio and roadmapCoordinate technology implementation for restaurant grand openingsEstablish and improve IT service levels and supportResolve Operators’ technical issues and inquiriesAdvocate Canada-specific needs within global standardsRequirements:
Ten years of required experienceTechnology service delivery experienceExperience leading complex technical initiatives and programsExperience leading technology functions and teamsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceLead Canada’s technology strategy through service delivery, restaurant systems, digital capabilities, and complex program execution.
