Automotive Administrator Assistant

Job Responsibility:
We are looking for an Assistant Administrator to join our team and provide administrative support to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as managing calendars, preparing reports, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and data entry of parts and labour etc.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office files and records.
- Provide administrative support to the organization.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Assist with scheduling and appointments.
- Maintain and update records as needed.
- Inputting parts and labour into the system, as well as check over parts received and label per job.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
