Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant will serve as an administrative support to the Director of Health. Under the direction of the Health Director, the Executive Assistant will perform a variety of complex and responsible duties for the Health Director and Health Managers. The Executive Assistant will also perform other duties related to the assigned areas of responsibility.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A Business Administration Diploma from a recognized community college is required.
• Minimum five year's experience at the senior administrative level is preferred.
• Satisfactory Criminal Records Search
• Must possess a Class “G” Driver's License and have access to a personal vehicle
• Must complete a criminal records check, vulnerable sector
• Must be able to travel to Northern Superior communities from time to time.

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
