TIPO Foods is looking for an experienced, reliable, and highly organized Barista / Front of House team member with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the café, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
We are looking for someone who is fast, efficient, professional, and has a strong work ethic. The right candidate should be comfortable taking responsibility, helping lead the front-of-house team, and maintaining excellent customer service during busy periods.
Responsibilities
* Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service* Prepare coffee and beverages consistently and quickly* Operate the POS and ordering system confidently* Handle cash and payment transactions accurately* Help organize and lead front-of-house staff during shifts*  Manage opening and closing duties* Monitor inventory and maintain accurate stock levels* Assist with ordering and receiving products* Keep displays stocked, clean, and well presented* Maintain an organized and clean front-of-house environment* Handle busy periods calmly and efficiently* Identify problems and take initiative to resolve them
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of café, restaurant, or hospitality experience required* Previous barista and customer-service experience* Experience with POS systems and cash handling* Experience with inventory, stock management, and ordering* Previous experience training, supervising, or leading staff is strongly preferred* Excellent communication and customer-service skills* Fast, organized, dependable, and able to multitask* Strong work ethic and attention to detail* Able to work independently and take initiative* Professional references required.
