Your Role
We’re looking for a Front-of-House Supervisor who is passionate about leading a team and creating an exceptional guest experience. You’ll oversee daily operations, support and train team members, and ensure smooth service during busy shifts. If you’re organized, a strong communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on our team!

What You’ll Do
- Craft a variety of drinks with speed and precision, ensuring each one meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, approachable manner, creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional service, keeping communication open during busy shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring it’s fully stocked and operational throughout your shift.
- Stay up-to-date with our beverage menu and any daily specials, recommending drinks that align with guest preferences.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol, ensuring responsible service and compliance with legal regulations.
- Handle guest payments and manage the cash drawer accurately, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
- Assist in creating new drink specials or cocktail ideas in collaboration with the bar team and management.
What You Bring
- 1+ year of experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant or bar.
- A guest-focused mindset and commitment to creating memorable experiences.
- Strong communication skills to engage with guests and lead your team effectively.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to support your team whenever needed.
