We are looking for a strong, energetic, and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our team and create an exceptional guest experience every night. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast paced environments, leads by example, and brings positive energy to the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front of house operations during service

• Motivate and support team members while maintaining a positive work environment

• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction

• Handle nightly cash outs, tip outs, and end of day balancing

• Prepare daily sales reports and communicate performance updates to management

• Assist with scheduling, team coordination, and shift management

• Train and mentor servers and support staff

• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently

• Ensure restaurant cleanliness, organization, and service standards are maintained

• Support restaurant events, promotions, and special experiences

• Help maintain strong team morale and restaurant culture

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant supervisory or leadership experience

• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality service

• Experience handling cash outs, POS systems, and sales reporting

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure

• Positive attitude and team first mentality

• Professional, outgoing, and guest focused personality

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Must be able to work late nights. Must have minimum 2 years experience supervising fast paced restaurants.
