Établir des méthodes afin de respecter les horaires de travail
Superviser et coordonner les activités du personnel qui prépare et répartit les aliments
Assurer la formation du personnel pour ce qui est de ses tâches, de l'hygiène et des normes de sécurité
Embaucher du personnel de service des aliments
Veiller à ce que la nourriture et le service répondent aux normes de contrôle de la qualité
Régler les plaintes des clients et répondre à leurs préoccupations
Rédiger et soumettre des rapports
Superviser et vérifier la livraison de plateaux d'aliments
Établir les horaires de travail
Superviser le personnel ou l'équipe de travail
Faire la caisse et remplir des feuilles de bilan, des états de caisse et des pièces justificatives
Résoudre les problèmes qui peuvent survenir, y compris les demandes des clients, les plaintes et les ruptures d'approvisionnement
Fournir le service à la clientèle
Diriger des particuliers ou leur donner des instructions
Assurer la formation des employés/travailleurs quant aux tâches, aux mesures de sécurité et aux politiques de la compagnie
Planifier et organiser les opérations quotidiennes
Motiver le personnel
