 We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their station, leads by example, and brings a passion for quality, consistency, and mentorship in a high-energy kitchen environment.

  Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of an assigned station, ensuring consistent execution and presentation of all dishes
• Lead and mentor junior cooks and prep staff within your section
• Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef on menu development and seasonal updates
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout service
• Monitor portion control, waste reduction, and station inventory
• Support the broader kitchen team during high-volume service periods
• Assist with other kitchen duties as required

  Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of culinary experience, with at least 1-2 years in a CDP or senior line cook role
• Previous experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
• Culinary diploma an asset
• Food Safe Level 1 certification required
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to guide and motivate a team
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to perform under pressure
