We're looking for a driven, dependable junior sous chef to join our kitchen team long-term; someone ready to lead in a kitchen that values consistency and trusts its team.

What You'll Do:

• Support the sous chef and executive chef in daily kitchen operations

• Run and oversee assigned stations during service

• Help train, guide, and support junior kitchen staff

• Assist with prep, ordering, and inventory as needed

• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and quality standards

• Step in to lead service in the sous chef's absence

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a high-volume kitchen

• At least 3 years in a kitchen leadership role

• A strong, positive leader who can support and mentor junior staff - not just cook

• Able to stay calm and organized under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Someone looking to build a long-term career with us, not just pass through
